About the role
Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology Service Line Infosys Quality Engineering Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tosca aligned to functional and regression needs. Analyze requirements and user stories to create clear test scenarios, test data strategies, and reusable Tosca modules. Execute automated test suites, review results, and perform root-cause analysis for failures and defects. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business users to clarify acceptance criteria and ensure testability. Maintain test assets, ensure version control discipline, and improve reusability and maintainability of automation components. Support end-to-end testing activities including smoke, regression, and integration testing using automation best practices. Provide regular status updates, test metrics, and quality insights to project stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and reducing manual testing effort. Additional Responsibilities: Tosca DI, CI/CD, Jenkins, SQL, API Testing, Agile/Scrum Technical and Professional Requirements: Bachelor of Technology or equivalent undergraduate degree. 3-10 years of overall experience with strong hands-on exposure to Tosca test automation. Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle. Experience in building and executing automated test suites as part of QA delivery. Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into effective automated test coverage.
