Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid) Availability: 15-30 days (Immediate Joiners) Duration: Full Time Working Hours: Australia Time Zone (3.30 am IST - 12.30pm IST) Job Description : Looking for someone with Copado or similar tool experience, Hands on experience on Playwright and UI tools. Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.7+ years experience in software quality engineering, including large-scale, complex projects.Proven leadership in designing and executing end-to-end quality strategies applying shift left, security-first and AI-driven principlesExpertise in test automation frameworks across functional and non-functional quality engineering (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, K6, JMeter, ZAP) and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Genesys CX with Guidewire, OKTA, Verint, Salesforce, SecureCo etcHands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g., test generation, risk prediction, smart reporting).Deep understanding of secure software development, automated functional and non-functional testing practicesExperience in test data management and test environment orchestration.Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures is highly desirable.Demonstrated AI literacy and eagerness to stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning for quality engineering.
