We are looking for a Technical Lead to steer our web development team. You won't just be writing code; youll be the architect of our Laravel-based ecosystem, a mentor to our developers, and the bridge between technical execution and business goals. If you have 7+ years of experience in open-source application design and a track record of shipping scalable products, youll fit right in. What Will You Do? Architect & Scale: Design high-performance application architectures and optimize complex database schemas for maximum reliability. Technical Leadership: Guide a team of developers through code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making. Bridge the Gap: Work closely with Product Managers to translate ambitious business requirements into lean, technical reality. Drive Quality: Enforce application development standards and security protocols Problem Solve: Tackle complex bottlenecks and "impossible" bugs with creative, scalable solutions. AI Implementation: Lead the integration of AI capabilities into our core products. What Makes You a Great Fit? Proven Expertise: 7+ years of professional web development experience with deep mastery of the PHP/Laravel/Opensource ecosystem. System Architecture: A strong foundation in designing scalable application structures, RESTful APIs, and database performance tuning. Modern Frontend: Familiarity with modern JavaScript technologies (like React ) to ensure seamless full-stack integration. DevOps Mindset: Hands-on experience with Git , CI/CD workflows, and maintaining clean, deployable code structures. Leadership & Mentorship: A proven ability to inspire a team, lead technical debates, and mentor junior developers toward excellence. Strategic Thinking: Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex technical challenges with high-level, creative solutions. Bonus Skills: Experience with Docker, Microservices, or LLM Integration is a massive advantage but not a prerequisite .
