About the role
Critical Skills to Possess: 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow and HPSM (HP Service Manager). Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation and customization. Deep understanding of HPSM data structures and service management processes. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Import Sets, Transform Maps, IntegrationHub, ETL). Strong experience in CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and ServiceNow MID server setup Roles and Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the migration planning, design, and execution of HPSM to ServiceNow transition. Perform data mapping, transformation, and migration of historical and active records (Incidents, Changes, Problems, etc.). Analyze and replicate existing HPSM workflows into ServiceNow using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Workflows. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. Work closely with ServiceNow developers and architects to configure/customize modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.). Perform rigorous testing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data and process accuracy. Provide cutover planning, go-live support, and post-migration troubleshooting.
