Customer Journey Manager

As a Pega Developer, your role will involve designing and developing Case Management (CJCM) applications using your expertise in Pega PRPC. You will be responsible for integrating Pega with external systems, such as REST, SOAP, Connectors, and Services, to ensure seamless functionality. Your strong understanding of Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Declarative Rules, and UI Rules will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions. Additionally, your familiarity with Agile methodology will enable you to contribute effectively to sprint-based delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Case Management (CJCM) applications in Pega PRPC. - Integrate Pega with external systems using REST, SOAP, Connectors, and Services. - Ensure the seamless functionality of Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Declarative Rules, and UI Rules. - Collaborate with the team to deliver solutions following Agile methodology. Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA). - 3-6 years of IT experience with at least 2-4 years in Pega PRPC development. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - Exposure to Pega Decisioning or Customer Service frameworks (Good to Have). - Familiarity with Pega DevOps / Deployment Manager (Good to Have). - Knowledge of database concepts and basic SQL (Good to Have).
