About the role
About the job: We are looking for an AI Platform Engineer to build the foundation of our next-generation AI products. You will design and develop scalable AI systems that combine LLMs, AI agents, RAG, memory, workflows, and APIs to automate complex business processes and deliver intelligent user experiences. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building production-grade AI platforms, not just AI demos. Probation period: There will be probation period of 3-5 months depending on readiness of candidate .. What You'll Build: 1. Multi-agent AI systems and autonomous workflows. 2. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platforms. 3. Long-term and short-term memory architectures. 4. AI orchestration engines and workflow automation. 5. APIs and microservices powering AI applications. 6. Multi-tenant AI infrastructure. 7. Knowledge ingestion and vector search pipelines. 8. AI copilots and domain-specific assistants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop AI agent frameworks and orchestration layers. 2. Build scalable APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies. 3. Implement RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and ranking. 4. Design memory systems for conversational and task-oriented agents. 5. Create workflow engines that integrate AI agents with business processes. 6. Integrate LLMs, vector databases, external tools, and enterprise systems. 7. Implement guardrails, observability, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks. 8. Optimize the latency, cost, and reliability of AI systems. 9. Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices. Practical experience with LLMs and AI agent architectures. 5. Strong understanding of: RAG systems Vector databases Embeddings Prompt engineering Agent orchestration Memory architectures 6. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. 7. Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues. Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, ADK, or similar frameworks. 2. Experience designing and building multi-tenant SaaS architectures. 3. Knowledge of workflow engines and event-driven systems. 4. Experience with knowledge graphs and semantic search. 5. Familiarity with AI evaluation, observability, and monitoring tools. 6.
