Job Description This is a remote position. Salesforce Agentforce Developer Job Description(Experience: 5-7yrs) Contract -Remote A Salesforce Agentforce Developer is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AIpowered solutions in Salesforce using Agentforce, CoPilot, and related technologies, while ensuring scalability, quality, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Agentforce Implementation : Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents in Salesforce for customerfacing and internal service scenarios. Create agent instructions, topics, and actions using Agentforce Studio and promptengineering best practices. - Integration with Data Cloud : Connect Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud to enable contextaware AI responses using unified customer and case data . - Apex & Flow Development : Build Apex classes, triggers, and Flows to support agent actions, data cloud events, and systemtosystem integration - Prompt Engineering : Develop and optimize Einstein Prompt Builder templates for use cases like case summarization, recommended actions, anomaly detection, and knowledge retrieval. - AI Model Integration : Integrate Einstein AI models, approved thirdparty LLMs via Model Builder, and RAG frameworks; evaluate and tune AI responses for accuracy and compliance. - Collaboration : Work with crossfunctional teams, clients, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions . - Troubleshooting & Optimization : Resolve Salesforce and Agentforce technical issues, monitor AI performance, and recommend improvements. - Documentation & Best Practices : Maintain technical documentation, adhere to Salesforce coding standards, and ensure scalability. - Mentorship : Train and mentor junior developers on Salesforce and Agentforce best practices.
