Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

As a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst, your role will involve working closely with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements. You will be responsible for developing user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for clients. Collaboration with team members to design solutions meeting client business requirements and completing configurations within Salesforce or other cloud-based technologies will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to test solutions, evaluate new technologies, and participate in key client meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements - Develop user stories and process flows for Salesforce solutions - Collaborate with team members to design solutions meeting client business requirements - Complete configurations within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies - Test solutions and verify they meet business requirements - Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into frameworks and solutions - Participate in key client meetings including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training Qualifications Required: - 5 years of IT experience, preferably in Salesforce CRM - Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ, with hands-on implementation experience in 1-2 projects - Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM products for developing client solutions - Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM products, including workflows - Good to have any Salesforce certification - Experience in automation tools such as Workflow, Process Builder, and Flows - In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud - Experience in user acceptance testing and end-user training - Coding skills are a bonus but not mandatory - Experience in handling multiple projects and delivering them on time - Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization As a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst, your role will involve working closely with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
