About the role
This is a remote position. We are seeking a Cloud HPC Engineer to join our team. Responsibilties: Software development Software design and architecture Work closely with the product team, relay and explain software concepts Requirements Python (advanced) Linux/RedHat/Bash (advanced) AWS/Azure/GCP (advanced) OpenMP/MPI/CUDA (intermediate) Docker/Singularity or similar (intermediate) Other: Ability to learn and apply new concepts rapidly Extreme attention to details Plus: Familiarity with SaltStack, Ansible, or similar. Knowledge of chemistry/materials science. Work with advanced electronic structure codes (VASP, Quantum ESPRESSO, Gaussian, NWChem, Siesta, or similar) is not required but is a plus.
