Laravel TALL Stack Engineer (Ahmedabad)

Role Description - We are hiring a Sr.Laravel Developer (TALL Stack) to strengthen our engineering team and support the development of high-performance, scalable applications. - The role involves working with large datasets (1+ million records), complex job queues, and performance-critical systems, while delivering clean, secure, and maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities (What Youll Do) - Build, enhance, and maintain scalable Laravel applications and RESTful APIs. - Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following SOLID principles. - Design, manage, and optimize large MySQL databases. - Develop reactive and user-friendly front-end experiences using Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, and Livewire. - Handle background jobs, queues, caching, and performance optimization. - Implement security best practices and data protection standards. - Take complete ownership of assigned tasks from requirement analysis to final delivery. - Proactively communicate task progress, risks, and challenges. Technical Skills (What Makes You a Great Fit) TALL Stack( Must Required Skills) - Advanced experience with Livewire Strong proficiency in Alpine.js Working knowledge of Tailwind CSS Ability to build dynamic, reactive UI without heavy JavaScript frameworks 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with PHP Laravel. - Strong experience with TALL Stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire). - Solid understanding of core PHP, Laravel framework, and MySQL. - Explicit knowledge of SOLID principles and ACID properties. - Hands-on experience with Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution). - Experience using project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Notion. - Strong understanding of REST APIs and clean architecture. Soft Skills - Good communication skills in English and strong work ethics. - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. - Ownership mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in an environment. - Good collaboration and team-oriented attitude. - Time management and task prioritization skills.
