The Team

The Tribe Finance & Reporting supports Finance and Reporting teams by delivering robust data, systems, and reporting solutions within a complex and evolving regulatory environment. The Tribe plays a key role in enabling accurate and compliant reporting across domains such as Financial Reporting, Liquidity Reporting, Analytical Reporting, Deposit Guarantee Scheme (DGS), AnaCredit, and CICR.

About the role

As a Business Analyst Regulatory Reporting , you act as the bridge between business and technology. While the role has a strong technical and data-oriented focus , success in this position requires a solid understanding of the regulatory reporting processes and regulatory context, enabling you to effectively translate business needs into data and system solutions. A key focus area of the role is supporting the transformation of the reporting landscape , including the migration from an existing data warehouse to a modern public cloud-based data platform. In this context, you ensure continuity, consistency, and quality of data while aligning local Belgian reporting requirements with group-wide standards.

Key Responsibilities Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into detailed data definitions, mappings, and functional specifications Analyse and document required data elements, data lineage, and business rules Ensure alignment between local Belgian reporting requirements and group data models Contribute to the design and implementation of data solutions within the reporting platform Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams to ensure accurate and consistent data delivery Support testing activities by defining test cases, reviewing data outputs, and ensuring quality standards are met Maintain documentation of data mappings, definitions, and reporting processes

How to succeed Holding a master’s degree in (business) economics or a comparable field ; Minimum 3 years working experience in a change delivery role ; Working knowledge on any data driven reporting and/or hands-on experience in data granular reporting is a plus ; Ability to read & interpret regulatory documentation, reporting policies & IT-instructions ; Having hands on proficient level of experience on SQL, Cognos, and Power BI ; Fluent in English . Dutch and/or French is a plus.
