As a Senior Engineer-Machine Shop at Everest Blower Systems Pvt. Your responsibilities will include: Role Overview: You must have hands-on experience and programming/operation knowledge of Mazak Integrex I-200 & I-300, Doosan VMV Series, and Mazak HMC 6000 & 6800. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of CNC programming, cutting tools, tool holders, inserts, machining strategies, fixture design, and development. Key Responsibilities: - Lead manufacturing readiness for new product introduction (NPI/NPD). - Develop robust machining processes, routing, and work instructions. - Identify and implement initiatives to improve machining productivity and OEE. - Lead cost reduction projects through process improvements and value engineering. - Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for complex components. - Introduce advanced tooling solutions and collaborate with suppliers for continuous innovation. - Ensure high-quality standards and implement mistake-proofing techniques in processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering/production engineering or equivalent.
