Job Description QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) About the Role We are looking for a QA Engineer with 12 years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should be able to understand requirements, prepare test scenarios, identify bugs effectively, and contribute towards automation testing for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of software testing processes. Responsibilities Understand project requirements and functional specifications Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test reports Perform Manual Testing for web and mobile applications Identify, report, track, and verify bugs/issues Perform Regression, Smoke, Functional, and UI Testing Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business teams Create and maintain automation test scripts Participate in sprint planning and QA discussions Ensure product quality before production releases Validate APIs and backend responses where required Required Skills Manual Testing Good understanding of SDLC and STLC Experience in: Functional Testing Regression Testing Smoke Testing UI/UX Validation Cross-browser / Cross-device Testing Strong bug reporting and debugging skills Experience using tools like: Jira ClickUp Trello TestRail (optional) Automation Testing Basic to intermediate knowledge of automation frameworks Experience with any one or more: Selenium Cypress Playwright Appium Knowledge of writing and executing automation test cases Understanding of CI/CD testing flow is a plus Additional Skills Basic API testing knowledge using: Postman Swagger Basic SQL/database understanding Good communication and documentation skills Ability to independently test modules/features Good to Have Experience with performance or security testing Familiarity with Git/GitHub Knowledge of Firebase, logs, or analytics debugging Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Java, or Python Interview Evaluation Areas Ability to find practical bugs Test case writing quality Real-world testing approach Basic automation scripting knowledge Communication and reporting skills Analytical thinking Job Description QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) About the Role We are looking for a QA Engineer with 12 years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
