Website URL: https://www.injala.com/ Job Description Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team to ensure high performance Prepare test plans, test cases, and ensure complete test coverage Oversee test execution (manual and automation) and track progress Manage defect lifecycle, including reporting, prioritization, and closure Collaborate with development, product, and business teams in Agile environment Drive automation initiatives and ensure effective use of QA tools Monitor and report quality metrics (defect density, test coverage, etc.) Identify risks and provide go/no-go recommendations for releases Continuously improve QA processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as QA Engineer Preferable experience in Product based /SAAS based exp Automation exp is must Complete knowledge of software development methodologies and processes Excellent understanding of different types of testing such as Accessibility Testing, Black Box Testing, and Interactive Testing Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual Perks: Open Door Working Culture Rewards & Recognitions Referral Bonus Flexible time policy Family Medical Insurance
