Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Teams, OneDrive, and related collaboration tools. Understanding of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and third-party integrations. Knowledge of workflows, forms customization, and business process automation. Understanding of data management, governance, security, compliance, and access control principles. Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based solutions is an added advantage. Good troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization skills.
