About the role
Sharepoint Admin; ; • Strong functional technical background in SharePoint 2007 and 2013 • Good knowledge of handling service desk and interacting with users including senior and business management • Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders within stringent targets • Maintain SharePoint sites • Thorough knowledge of stsadm command and powershell scripts • Oversee user access • Responsible for site creation, permissions and issue resolutions • Working with users to implement views, list and content and workflows • Ensure customer satisfaction through understanding requirements, processes and practical implications of policy. Timely work delivery quality. • Good Knowledge of SharePoint designer • Troubleshoot SharePoint errors or problem that users report • Create weekly reports of the daily tickets logged. • Follow Microsoft Operation Framework to monitor and maintain server health • Expert in back up , restore jobs
• Graduate level or demonstrable equivalent; • Expect major part of experience in IT Infrastructure, with emphasis on operational management; • Clear commitment to Service Management Framework approach to IT Infrastructure management essential. Previous experience strongly desirable; • ITIL certification; • Have Interpersonal and Communication skills; • A self starter; • Possess good judgement; • Work will with teams; • Excellent English communication, both verbal and written; • Acted in a change management capacity in a customer service or IT environment; • Experience of working to agreed service levels; • Experience in using a Change Management system; • Experience in dealing with technical and non technical teams; • Strong analytical thinker; • Demonstrate and ownership mentality; • Have good knowledge of how to manage SLA’s and KPI’s; • Be an influencer; • Strong leadership skills; • Ability to update existing and create new process documentation and training materials; • Remain calm under pressure; • Excellent Presentation Skills. Service Delivery • Drive actions that increase the percentage of changes that are implemented correctly first time; • Ensure that change implementation risk is understood and mitigated to increase the likelihood of successful implementation at first attempt; • Ensure that all changes are managed as planned within the timescales agreed with the change requester; • Escalate any changes which are damaging the quality of the Capgemini Outsourcing NA service; • Ensure all changes comply with internal Capgemini controls and customer/regulatory controls; • Ensure agreed Request for Change (RFC) are entered correctly in the Change Control System; • Organize Change Advisory Board Meetings (CAB), ensure agenda and papers are issued to participants in good time and chair the CAB meetings • Review, monitor and communicate the progress and final outcome of changes to all relevant parties; • Ensure a back-out plan is in evidence and has been considered within the overall implementation plan to minimize imnpact to service availability; • Ensure that full approval is granted prior to implementing changes; • Ensure change related documentation is completed and updated; • Ensure Capgemini global process for Change Management is utilized; • Ensure RFCs are allocated an apprpropriate priority in collabroation with the requester to ensure appropriate scheduling; • Reject impractical RFCs; • Ensure justification for Change is evident; • Ensure all impacted/interest parties are informed throughout the change liefcycle; • Take personal control of Emergency Changes; • Chair Post Implementation Review meetings and manage follow-up actions identified from post implementation reviews; • Create and distriubte daily, weekly and adhoc reports; • Conduct regular training for resolver groups in preparing RFC’s. Customer/Supplier Relationship • Drive actions that minimize disruption to our customer’s environments due to changes; • Keep costs of change activities down; • Establish credibility with the client, delivery teams and 3rd party suppliers; • Understand the clients business and the impact of changes you manage on their environment; • Have strong knowledge of customer’s contractual requirements. Service Excellence • Prioritizing of own work to meet internal/external deadlines; €¢ Schedule/Chair Major Incident reviews or works in conjunction with Major Incident review team or members â redefined by IOF quarterly. He will also report to the Service Delivery Manager and the Change Process owner Service Management
