About the roleWe are looking for a Cyber Security Consultant with deep expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps). The role involves designing, implementing and optimizing enterprisewide security solutions on the ServiceNow platform to strengthen our clients security posture.Key responsibilitiesDesign, configure and implement ServiceNow SecOps applications including Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response and Threat Intelligence.Develop scalable workflows, automations and orchestrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and platform scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications).Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, vulnerability management, EDR, IAM and SOAR tools via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.Gather and analyse business, functional and technical requirements, produce solution designs and technical documentation.Support development, testing, deployment and postproduction stabilization, including troubleshooting and performance optimisation.Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, IT Operations and Application teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.Required profile48 years of IT experience with strong handson ServiceNow development and implementation.Proven experience delivering ServiceNow Security Operations solutions (VR, SIR, TI).Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains such as vulnerability management, incident response, threat intelligence, endpoint security and IAM.Experience working in Agile environments and communicating with crossfunctional stakeholders.Required skillsServiceNow platform development (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications).ServiceNow Security Operations modules: Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence.Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.REST and SOAP API integration.Integration with SIEM, vulnerability management, EDR, IAM and SOAR solutions.
