Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will be working as an Analyst for the OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence)/Social Media Analysis product at Innefu, an AI Driven R&D company. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing information, preparing well-researched study reports, running daily analysis, and providing support to customers using the product. You will collaborate with external customers and internal teams to resolve queries and issues while maintaining requirement documents and providing training and application support. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct secondary research and generate various reports. - Validate the functionality of the solution and ensure successful implementation of all functionalities. - Communicate regularly with business users and technical staff to promptly resolve any issues. - Familiarize yourself with internal business applications' structure, functionality, and technology. - Assist in training procedures and documentation for end-users. - Collaborate effectively with team members. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives. - Proficiency in social media and technology. - Strong communication skills to interact with IT and business customers, elicit requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Capable of conducting impact and gap analysis. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Logical thinking and analytical skills. - Organized, efficient, dedicated, and hardworking. - Ability to thrive under pressure and strong interpersonal skills.
