About the role
Frontend Developer (Mid-Level / Developer Lead) Location: Remote (Madurai & Surrounding Areas Preferred) | Moving to Hybrid Experience: 1.5 3 Years Key Responsibilities Develop scalable, production-ready frontend applications using React.js. Build reusable UI components and maintain a scalable component library. Integrate REST APIs and third-party services. Implement authentication using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSO. Ensure responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and CI/CD processes. Collaborate with Product, Backend, QA, and Design teams. Mentor junior developers and contribute to frontend engineering standards. Required Skills React.js (18+) TypeScript JavaScript (ES6+) HTML5 & CSS3 Tailwind CSS Vite or Next.js Redux Toolkit / Zustand / Jotai React Query (TanStack Query) REST API Integration Git & GitHub Jest / Vitest & React Testing Library Positive to Have Next.js App Router Material UI / shadcn/ui / Radix UI WebSockets / WebRTC GitHub Actions (CI/CD) AWS or Azure CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics) Experience building SaaS products Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience in SaaS or AI products. GitHub portfolio or open-source contributions. Solid communication and ownership mindset. .
