Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or advanced technical degree is an added advantage. Required Skills and Experience: Proven Technical Leadership 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise technology programs, and cloud transformations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity. Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud models. Cloud-Native and Microservices Expertise Extensive experience in cloud-native development, microservices, Kubernetes, and serverless computing. Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and modern SDLC practices. Data Management and Analytics Hands-on experience in big data platforms, real-time data processing, data lakes, and data governance. Strong command over AI/ML models, data pipelines, and data security frameworks. Solution Delivery and Business Acumen Demonstrated success in handling proposal development, client presentations, and technical consulting, showcasing business value and ROI. Ability to balance technical excellence with business impact, ensuring solutions align with business growth and operational efficiency. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Adept at driving cross-functional collaboration and managing client expectations effectively. Preferred Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Google Cloud Certified TOGAF, ITIL, or PMP certifications are a plus. .
