Job Title: Solutions Lead, Architect @ Innominds Experience: 6-15 Years Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: WFO Job Description Preferred Past Solutioning / Presales Experience Experience in Application Development i.e. Frontend and Backend (Java/.NET/Opensource/Angular/ReactJs/etc.) Experience/knowledge in BI/ETL/Data Integration/Data Migration. Data Lake, Data Pipelines using open source or COTS Solutions Demonstrated experience in Business Analyst roles including assisting business case build, translating and simplifying requirements, requirements management and communication, requirements analysis in BFSI or Healthcare domains Experience or Understanding of Cloud Native Tools in AWS or Azure or GCP is must. Experience in Cloud migration to GCP Understanding of SDLC lifecycle and played role in software development / Implementation of Enterprise solutions Competent in MSPowerPoint and comfortable building presentation materials to tell a clear story Effective communication skills at multiple levels of the organisation, including senior management Direct experience of solution shaping and architecture development during presales - excellent documentation skills Understanding of complete presales cycle from Lead stage to contract closure Preferred Certifications AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Google Cloud Certified TOGAF, ITIL, or PMP certifications are a plus. Education Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or advanced technical degree is an added advantage.
