About the role
Role Overview: As an Oracle Cloud GTM (Go-To-Market) Consultant, you will be responsible for driving solution positioning, implementation, and delivery across Oracle Cloud applications. Your role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design and implement scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud modules such as ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX. - Participate in full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering to deployment. - Work on Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations and customizations. - Support pre-sales activities by conducting demos, creating proposals, and designing solutions. - Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and solution frameworks. - Collaborate with sales teams to effectively position Oracle Cloud offerings. - Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into Oracle Cloud solutions. - Configure modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), HCM (Core HR, Payroll), and SCM (Procurement, Inventory). - Work with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. - Collaborate with clients, business users, and cross-functional teams. - Conduct workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and training sessions. - Provide post-go-live support. - Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and create reports using BI tools like OTBI and BI Publisher. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or related field. - Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
