About the role
What You'll Do Develop and maintain web applications using PHP Build REST APIs and backend services Work with MySQL databases and optimize queries Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and project managers Debug production issues and improve application performance Learn and work on enterprise PHP applications and CRM platforms Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions Continuously improve your technical and communication skills Required Skills 12 years of hands-on PHP development experience Good understanding of Core PHP Experience with Laravel or CodeIgniter is preferred Good knowledge of MySQL Understanding of REST APIs Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript Familiarity with Git Understanding of OOP concepts and MVC architecture Good debugging and analytical skills What We're Looking For The ideal candidate should have: Excellent spoken and written English Confidence in explaining technical concepts Strong logical and analytical thinking Curiosity to learn new technologies quickly Ownership mindset Positive attitude and willingness to accept feedback Good communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail Nice to Have Experience with any of the following is a plus: SugarCRM / SuiteCRM / vTiger Legacy PHP applications Docker Linux CI/CD Redis Unit Testing
