Data Engineer/Data Analytics (Bengaluru)

Your responsibilities as a Data Science Specialist- Analytical professional with strong Databricks & Python expertise, who can translate business problems into insights and communicate them effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is client-facing, hence your expertise in technical domain and ability to communicate effectively will be critical. - Strong data analytics expertise with hands-on experience in Python and Databricks - Proven ability to work with large datasets, perform data transformation, and derive actionable insights - Comfortable with end-to-end analytical workflows (data extraction analysis insight generation) - Ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks - Strong storytelling skillsable to synthesize complex analysis into clear, impactful narratives - Experience in client-facing roles, with confidence in presenting to stakeholders - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment - Strong problem-solving mindset with bias for action - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams You will fit right in if you have - 7-9 years of related work experience in data analytics - Hands-on analytics-based query experience in SQL, Python and Databricks - Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills. - Requirements analysis, translation, organization, and communication experience. - Practical experience in scrum-based Agile development methodology. - B.S. in Engineering, Information Management, or Computer Sciences preferred Nice to have- - Experience in consulting or strategy-led analytics engagements - Exposure to dashboarding / visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Domain experience in marketing, digital analytics, or automotive (optional) .
