End-to-End Power BI Delivery Own the full lifecycle of Power BI solutions: requirements intake design development testing/validation UAT support production deployment monitoring and support.Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models with strong UX, performance, and usability for business users and external-facing stakeholders. Production Deployments, Governance & Admin Support releases including environment promotion, deployment checklists, and post-deploy validation.Ensure to followsa compliant source control / backup strategy Support workspace/app configuration and governed distribution patterns, including audience-based access and operational hygiene. Performance & Reliability Diagnose and improve report performance using best practices across modeling, DAX, visuals, relationships, and dataset configuration.Own refresh reliability and support: monitor refresh failures, troubleshoot gateway/credential issues, and drive root-cause fixes to protect SLAs and stakeholder trust. Security & Compliance Implement and maintain Row-Level Security (RLS) patterns where required and ensure report/app access aligns to governance expectations.Maintain strong data quality, documentation, and validation discipline appropriate for regulated/operational reporting. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to clarify requirements, communicate timelines, and provide risk/issue visibility.Operate effectively in Agile/Scrum and contribute to sprint planning, delivery predictability, and clear ownership. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience building and supporting Power BI solutions in a professional environment, including DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and performance tuning.Demonstrated experience owning Power BI deliverables end-to-endStrong understanding of dimensional modeling (star schema concepts), report design best practices, and building scalable semantic models.Experience working with enterprise data sources commonly used in BI programs (e.g., cloud data platforms and relational sources) and designing efficient query patterns.Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to drive issues to resolution with clear documentation and communication. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power BI deployment pipelines, release governance, and structured promotion across Dev/Test/Prod.Experience supporting client-facing dashboards and/or external distribution patterns (apps/portals), where uptime and accuracy are critical.Familiarity with governed source control approaches for Power BI (SharePoint/Git-based patterns depending on organizational standards).Exposure to automation approaches (e.g., operationalizing repeatable deployment/refresh validation steps).Interest or exposure to AI-assisted analytics and responsible use of modern tooling where appropriate (nice-to-have). .
