We have an urgent requirement for an SAP FICO Functional Consultant for our client, Sony India Software Centre. Key Position Details Client: Sony India Software CentreRole: SAP FICO Functional Consultant (with Group Reporting)Experience Required: 12 to 15 Years (Minimum 10 years)Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid - 2 days from office per week)Budget: Up to 3,00,000 per month (Annual Budget: Up to 36,00,000)Skill Assessment Criteria Mandatory Skills to Evaluate: Strong SAP FICO Functional Consultant expertiseHands-on experience with Group ReportingEducational Background: Preferably a CA / ICWA / CS (Qualified or Semi-Qualified) OR MBA - Finance.Implementation Experience: Must have completed at least one end-to-end implementation, enhancement, or upgrade, alongside robust support project experience.Technical & Cross-Module Knowledge: Extensive work on Custom Development objects (RICEFW); solid understanding of integration points with SAP MM, SD, and external system interfaces.Brief Job Description & Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FI and CO modules, while supporting the migration to new systems. Core Responsibilities: Requirement gathering, solution configuration, testing, end-user training, and hyper-care support.Technical Scope: Thorough knowledge of the entire accounting cycle (GL, AP, AR, Bank accounting, Asset accounting, Cost centre, Profit centre, Internal order, and Profitability analysis).Operations: Must be a self-starter who can meet strict SLAs, prioritize multiple project requests, and manage incidents/CRs with minimal supervision.
