Job Title: SFCC Automation Tester (5 10 Years) Experience 58 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SFCC Automation Tester with strong expertise in testing eCommerce applications built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing, test framework development, API testing, and validating end-to-end eCommerce workflows. The role requires close collaboration with development, business, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for SFCC-based eCommerce applications. Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Automate UI and API test scenarios using industry-standard tools. Validate critical eCommerce functionalities including: Product Catalog Search & Browse Cart & Checkout Promotions & Coupons Payments Order Management Customer Account Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks. Perform API testing and backend validations. Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines. Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with developers for resolution. Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and QA estimation activities. Prepare test reports and provide quality metrics. Required Skills 58 years of QA experience with strong automation testing expertise. Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C Commerce) applications. Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar. Good understanding of eCommerce business processes and customer journeys. Experience in REST API testing using Postman or Rest Assured. Knowledge of SQL and database validation. Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with SFCC Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA). Experience testing OCAPI/SCAPI integrations. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Performance testing exposure using JMeter or similar tools. Knowledge of accessibility and cross-browser testing. Experience working with headless commerce implementations is a plus. Good to Have Salesforce Commerce Cloud domain experience. Experience with BrowserStack or Sauce Labs. Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber. ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
