About the role
As a Data Analyst at Ingram Micro Lifecycle, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making across IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), reverse logistics, refurbishment, and lifecycle services. Your responsibilities will include: - Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from lifecycle operations, ITAD systems, logistics, and ERP platforms - Building and maintaining dashboards and reports for operations, sales, finance, and compliance teams - Analyzing trends related to asset recovery, refurbishment yield, resale value, and disposal metrics - Supporting customer reporting requirements, including SLA, audit, and compliance dashboards - Working closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Sales, Compliance, IT) to understand data needs - Identifying process gaps and recommending data-driven improvements - Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards are maintained - Assisting in the automation of reports and data pipelines where possible - Preparing insights and presentations for management reviews Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field - Strong proficiency in SQL - Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) - Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights - Good communication skills and stakeholder management ability Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role: - Experience in ITAD, supply chain, logistics, or lifecycle services - Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) - Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation - Understanding of compliance standards (R2, e-Stewards, ISO, ESG reporting) - Experience working with large, multi-source datasets At Ingram Micro Lifecycle, you will have the opportunity to work with a global leader in technology lifecycle services, gain exposure to international clients and large-scale operations data, and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
