Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Pre-Production Testing (PPT), Pre-Production Validation (PPV), Regression Testing, and Production Validation. Maintain requirements traceability and ensure complete test coverage across all functional areas. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables. Utilize test management tools such as Octane, Jira, and Confluence for planning, execution, and reporting. Leverage automation and API testing tools including Amdocs Ginger, Selenium with Java, and Postman to support testing activities. Use GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, and Claude to improve test design, documentation, analysis, and overall testing productivity. .
