Looking for Workday Technofunctional Consultant for Gurgram LOcation Exp : 5yrs to 12yrs Shift : 2pm to 11pm Job Location : Gurugram Skills Functional Workday HCM Recruiting Talent & Performance Compensation Learning Payroll Concepts Security Administration Technical Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors XML/XSLT REST APIs SOAP Web Services Calculated Fields Advanced Reporting Preferred Skills Workday certifications in relevant modules. Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Experience in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business process framework. Knowledge of Workday Security Model. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies. Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ticketing/project management tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
