Role Overview: As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day user complaints and issues, monitoring the systems and network infrastructure, performing new system/laptop installations and assignments, managing asset inventory, and overseeing security patch management on Windows, MacBook, and Linux systems. Your role will also involve software license management to ensure compliance.
