Manager - Data Scientist

As a Team Leader & Developer, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and managing a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers. Your role will involve fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence within the team. You will also define and execute the quarterly AI/ML roadmap, setting clear goals, priorities, and deliverables. Working closely with business leaders and customers, you will understand their pain-points and develop large-scale solutions. Additionally, you will define the technical architecture to productize Innovaccer's machine-learning algorithms and collaborate with different organizations to take them to market. Your collaboration with the data platform and applications team will be crucial in integrating data science capabilities or algorithms into their product workflows.
