As a Senior Product Manager - AI at Innovaccer Inc., you will play a crucial role in leading the strategy, development, and evolution of Gravity's AI platform. Your responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven platform capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enabling faster decisions and trustworthy AI adoption across healthcare use cases. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Gravity's AI platform. - Identify opportunities to apply AI across healthcare workflows by assessing customer needs, market trends, and regulatory realities. - Translate complex requirements into clear, prioritized product roadmaps and execution plans. - Lead end-to-end feature delivery including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning, and iteration. - Drive high-quality UX for AI-assisted workflows, balancing automation with clarity and control. - Lead product development for AI-driven capabilities such as LLM- and SLM-powered reasoning and extraction, intelligent task automation and decision support, and workflow-driven AI execution with human-in-the-loop controls. - Partner with engineering and data science teams to productize Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and ML models for classification, prediction, and risk scoring. - Define and maintain an AI evaluation framework covering accuracy, safety, fairness, and reliability. - Establish governance policies for AI model deployment, monitoring, and version management. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA SaMD guidelines) and privacy standards. - Reduce hallucinations and improve model grounding through systematic prompt and pipeline engineering. - Act as the primary liaison between clinical, engineering, data science, and commercial teams. - Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable narratives for executive and non-technical audiences. - Define success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) for all AI platform features and track outcomes post-launch. - Gather insights through user research, clinical feedback, and customer conversations. Qualifications Required: - 5-8+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML products. - Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products in complex enterprise environments. - Deep understanding of LLMs, SLMs, RAG, embeddings, ML pipelines, and evaluation methodologies. - Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED) preferred. - Strong ability to write detailed PRDs, technical specs, and product narratives. - Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
