Quality Assurance Architect

As a Quality Engineering Leader at Innovapptive, you will play a crucial role in building a robust, scalable, and automation-first quality framework to support the evolving needs of the enterprise-grade customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing an end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Creating test architecture for mobile, web, and API automation - Establishing QE frameworks and tooling for scalability and maintainability - Devising a performance testing strategy for high-scale SaaS environments - Integrating security testing practices into the development lifecycle - Implementing CI/CD-integrated automation pipelines - Monitoring quality metrics, defect tracking, and release readiness - Leading team building, mentoring, and scaling the QE organization Qualifications required for this role include: - 12+ years of experience in QA/QE roles within SaaS or product-based companies - Strong expertise in Mobile QA (Android/iOS), Web, and API testing - Deep experience with AWS/cloud-based testing environments - Proven track record in building scalable automation frameworks - Hands-on experience with API Automation (Node.js), Frontend Automation (Angular, React.js, Express.js), and tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter - Experience in implementing CI/CD-based testing pipelines - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams Nice to have qualifications include: - Experience in industrial SaaS or enterprise platforms - Exposure to security testing frameworks and vulnerability assessments - Familiarity with modern test orchestration and observability tools - Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and shift-left continuous testing practices Your performance will be measured based on: - Percentage of automation coverage across mobile, web, and APIs - Reduction in production defects and escape rates - Test execution time and CI/CD pipeline efficiency - Performance benchmarks and system reliability metrics - Identification and mitigation of security vulnerabilities - QE team productivity and scalability - Release quality and on-time delivery In addition to a competitive compensation package and equity tied to measurable impact on AI accuracy and performance, you will have the opportunity to define QE architecture for a global SaaS platform, make a high impact on product quality and customer success, and chart a career path towards Head of QE/Engineering leadership.
