Role Description The Network Administrator will manage and maintain the organizations network and related systems to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network performance, configuring network devices, performing routine maintenance, and responding to incidents and service requests. The role involves diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, coordinating with system administrators and technical support teams, and implementing network security measures such as firewalls, access controls, and patching. Responsibilities also include documenting configurations, updating network diagrams, and supporting upgrades or migrations as required. This is a contract, hybrid role based in Gwalior, where the Network Administrator will work both on-site and remotely, as business needs allow. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Administration and System Administration for managing routers, switches, servers, and related infrastructure.Candidates should possess troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and assist users efficiently.Candidates should possess Network Security skills to implement and maintain secure configurations, monitor threats, and support compliance with security policies.Candidates should possess familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, Linux), basic scripting or automation tools, and standard networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Candidates should possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment based in Gwalior.Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar) and prior experience in a network or system administration role are highly beneficial. .
