About the role
We're hiring: Product Owner / Scrum Master Platform Engineering (DevOps & CloudSecOps) Experience: 58 years Location: Bangalore (India) For a fast-scaling, compliance-first conversational messaging and payments platform trusted by 1,000+ consumer finance organizations. Partner with Platform Engineering leadership to define vision, quarterly objectives, and a single unified backlog covering CI/CD, cloud infra and reliability, cloud security, identity, compliance, and developer enablement Convert infrastructure, automation, security and compliance needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives and adapt Agile pragmatically to platform/ops workflows Track and improve outcome metrics: deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, platform availability, incident reduction, security/compliance readiness, self-service adoption Be the primary delivery interface between Platform Engineering and App Engineering, Product, Security/Risk/Compliance, and Support/Ops Lead sprint demos, document for engineering/security reviews/internal enablement, and support go-live readiness for platform and security initiatives What we're looking for 58 years as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments Hands-on experience supporting DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE teams Exposure to Cloud Security or compliance-focused engineering initiatives Strong understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with core cloud security concepts identity, access, vulnerability management, compliance controls Ability to connect technical platform investments to measurable business outcomes Strong facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, regulated, scaling environment Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word Bonus: REST APIs/JSON, DevOps tooling, security/compliance workflow exposure We're hiring: Product Owner / Scrum Master Platform Engineering (DevOps & CloudSecOps) Experience: 58 years Location: Bangalore (India) For a fast-scaling, compliance-first conversational messaging and payments platform trusted by 1,000+ consumer finance organizations.
