Civil Finishing Engineer

Job Title: Civil Interior & Finishing Engineer Location: Bhopal & Lucknow Open Positions: 2 CTC: Up to 9 LPA Experience: 5-10 Years Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Civil Interior & Finishing Engineer with hands-on experience in interior fit-outs, finishing works, and site execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end execution of interior and finishing activities while ensuring quality, timely completion, and adherence to project specifications. Key Responsibilities Execute and supervise interior and civil finishing works at project sites. Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the project team for smooth execution. Ensure quality standards and safety practices are maintained throughout the project. Plan and monitor material requirements, site resources, and manpower. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues. Track project progress and ensure timely completion within budget. Verify measurements, prepare work progress reports, and maintain site documentation. Coordinate with MEP and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Required Skills Strong knowledge of civil finishing and interior execution. Experience in flooring, false ceiling, painting, partition, joinery, modular interiors, and finishing activities. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings. Good understanding of construction materials and quality standards. Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage. Qualification B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Preferred Candidate Proven experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, institutional, or office interior projects. Strong site execution and contractor management experience. Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and deliver projects within timelines.
