Key Responsibilities Create Plumbing and Fire Protection BIM models using Revit MEP. Model piping systems, pumps, tanks, valves, and fire protection networks. Prepare coordinated shop drawings. Perform clash detection and model coordination. Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams. Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications. Update models based on client comments and design revisions. Requirements Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering. 1 5 years of PHE/FPS BIM modelling experience. Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Understanding of plumbing and fire protection systems. Good communication and coordination skills.
