About the role
Role Overview: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster, reliable releases. Partner closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to create comprehensive test plans and quality gates before development begins. Drive AI-powered test automation and improve testing efficiency using modern QA practices. Develop and execute functional, API, integration, performance/load, regression, and black-box testing strategies. Review product requirements, identify quality risks early, and ensure high test coverage across releases. Mentor QA engineers, establish testing standards, and promote a quality-first engineering culture. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in QA Automation and Quality Engineering. Strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, API Testing, Load Testing, and Black-Box Testing. Hands-on experience implementing AI-assisted automation and intelligent testing workflows. Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI. Familiarity with Java and Angular-based enterprise applications. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills with exceptional attention to detail.
