About the role
Job Responsibilities Lead, hire and grow a high performing team of software engineers. Lead delivery of cloud native applications and services working with engineers and peer teams Partner with product management, customers and other stakeholder to define requirements, scope projects, build and ship high quality software products in rapid and iterative cycles. Support customers and live site engineering teams operating the applications and services. Stay up to date on industry trends around web application development, testing, cloud native technologies, dev ops processes, modern design, and service engineering. Mentor, coach, and grow engineers while modeling care, respect and inclusiveness. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field 12+ years of professional software development experience. 3+ years of engineering management experience with direct people management responsibilities 3+ years of experience leading agile software development, scrum certification is a plus. Experience building and leading an engineering team delivering high quality products. Experience with building applications using .NET or Java, Typescript ( Angular/React) technologies and managing application development teams Experience with cloud infrastructure services provided by AWS, Azure or GCP will be a plus.
