Role: Full Stack Technical Lead (.NET + Node.js + React/React Native) Experience: 68 Years Work Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office) Location: Work From Office Hyderabad Hiring a Technical Lead having 6-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in React/React Native, Node.js, .NET technologies, and cloud platforms, capable of leading technical discussions, mentoring teams, and driving end-to-end application development. Responsibilities: Strong hands-on experience in developing React JS and React Native applications, with expertise in Redux and modern front-end development practices. Excellent working experience in C#, .NET Core 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend service development. Experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures and scalable enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and responsive web application development. Experience in integrating REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs. Working experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, Azure Storage, Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Data Factory, and Cosmos DB. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native application deployment. Strong understanding of Design Patterns, OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and software architecture best practices. Experience in writing Unit Tests and Integration Tests using modern testing frameworks. Experience in CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and version control tools (Git/Azure DevOps). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Additional Responsibilities: Lead client discussions, technical design sessions, and architecture reviews. Drive team collaboration, mentorship, issue resolution, and escalation management. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Design and develop reusable components, frameworks, services, and APIs. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance best practices. Experience in cloud-based application development and modernization initiatives. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise software development lifecycle. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with global teams and supporting US clients is a strong advantage.
