InRhythm – Full-Time Position Role Overview We at InRhythm are looking for a highly skilled Lead UI Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Frontend development (70%) using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, complemented by Backend experience (30%) in Java and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications in a fast-paced agile environment. Title : Lead UI FullStack Engineer (React & Java) Location: Bangalore, India Key Responsibilities Frontend Development (70%) ● Design and develop responsive, high-quality, and scalable web applications using React.js. ● Build reusable components and robust front-end libraries for maximum future scalability. ● Translate complex UI/UX wireframes and designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance code. ● Optimize client-side applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and seamless cross-browser compatibility. ● Leverage extensive experience working with advanced JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. ● Seamlessly integrate frontend applications with backend RESTful APIs and architectures. ● Implement and maintain efficient state management solutions (such as Redux, Context API, etc.). Backend Development (30%) ● Develop, maintain, and support robust Java-based Microservices utilizing the Spring Boot framework. ● Design secure, performant REST APIs and manage secure, scalable system integrations. ● Contribute to core service orchestration, API gateway configurations, and distributed systems design. ● Actively participate in database design, optimization, and enterprise data integration (SQL/NoSQL). ● Ensure rigorous code quality through automated unit testing, continuous integration, and peer code reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications ● 7+ years of total professional IT experience in software development. ● Strong engineering proficiency in React.js, advanced JavaScript, and TypeScript. ● Hands-on production experience in Java, Spring Boot, and robust Microservices architectures. ● Proven experience in building, consuming, and documenting enterprise RESTful web services. ● Familiarity with modern HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary web UI design frameworks. ● Deep knowledge of modern version control workflows (specifically Git). ● Substantial experience working within modern Agile/Scrum software development methodologies. ● Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, and performance-tuning capabilities. Good to Have ● Exposure to major Public Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP). ● Knowledge of automation through CI/CD pipelines and proactive DevOps practices. ● Experience working with modern containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). ● Solid understanding of modern application and performance monitoring tools.
