About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Serve as the primary NetSuite platform owner managing configurations, customizations, roles, permissions, and release upgrades Partner with Finance (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets), Supply Chain (Inventory, WMS, Procurement), and Sales (Order Management, Revenue Recognition) to gather requirements and deliver solutions Design and develop SuiteScript 2.x customizations including User Event scripts, Scheduled scripts, RESTlets, Suitelets, and Map/Reduce scripts Build and maintain custom records, fields, forms, workflows (SuiteFlow), and saved searches / reports Manage NetSuite integrations with Salesforce (Quote-to-Cash), Rippling HRIS (employee sync), Arena PLM (item/BOM data), and Microsoft Fabric (data export) Lead and execute NetSuite implementation projects, enhancements, and new module rollouts end-to-end Perform root cause analysis on system issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks Conduct end-user training, create documentation, and support change management activities Manage sandbox environments and coordinate NetSuite bi-annual release testing Evaluate and recommend third-party SuiteApps and integration solutions from the NetSuite ecosystem Required Qualifications : 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a techno-functional or equivalent hybrid role Deep functional knowledge across core NetSuite modules: Financials (GL/AR/AP), Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Revenue Recognition Proficient in SuiteScript 2.x (User Event, Client, Scheduled, RESTlet, Suitelet, Map/Reduce) Strong experience with SuiteFlow (workflow manager), custom records, saved searches, and report builder Solid understanding of NetSuite data model, multi-subsidiary/multi-currency configurations Experience with NetSuite REST and SOAP (SuiteTalk) web services for integration development Ability to write clear functional requirements, technical design documents, and test plans NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Administrator certification (or equivalent experience) Preferred Qualifications : NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteCloud Developer certification Experience with Salesforce-NetSuite integration (Quote-to-Cash or CPQ flows) Familiarity with Informatica/ Celigo or comparable iPaaS for NetSuite integration orchestration Exposure to Arena PLM or similar product lifecycle / item master management systems Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms for NetSuite data Knowledge of Rippling or other HRIS platforms and HR data flows into ERP Prior experience supporting manufacturing or SaaS business on NetSuite Exposure to OneWorld multi-entity NetSuite environments Technical Stack & Tools ERP: Oracle NetSuite (SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, REST APIs) Integration: Celigo / Informatica connecting NetSuite to Salesforce, Rippling, Arena Analytics: Microsoft Fabric (data consumer / export configuration) CRM: Salesforce (Quote-to-Cash integration context) HRIS: Rippling (employee & payroll data sync) PLM: Arena (item master & BOM integration) Languages: JavaScript (SuiteScript), SQL (saved searches) Tools: NetSuite Sandbox, SDF (SuiteCloud Development Framework)
