Job Title : Support Engineer Number of Openings : 1 Product and Location : HP Latex- Bhubaneswar & Kolkata Department : Service Job Description : Installing, configuring, examining, and resolving issues concerning to any device. To provide technical support to clients. Responsible for the servicing and repairing of the printers or any other device. Building relationship with customers. Coordinate with customers or clients for pending payments. Coordinate with customers or clients for renewal of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) on time. Required Skills/competencies for the role : Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills. Be service-oriented and customer-focused Knowledge or Experience of Printing.
