Architect II - Agentic AI

Role Overview: You are being sought after to take on the role of an AI Agent Architect at Insight. The primary responsibility will be to design and implement advanced Agentic AI systems that consist of task-specific autonomous tools managed by a master agent. These systems will aid in complex technical decision-making within industrial settings. You will be expected to independently create full-stack intelligent agents that can understand natural language queries and produce precise, context-aware responses by interacting with structured and unstructured data, APIs, and analytical engines. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and develop a multi-agent AI framework where autonomous agents collaborate to address domain-specific technical queries. - Utilize LLMs, NLP, and tool-based reasoning to automate data extraction, analysis, and insight generation. - Construct agents that can integrate with engineering tools, simulators, databases, and knowledge sources. - Collaborate with domain experts to ensure agent behavior aligns with technical expectations and constraints. Qualifications Required: - Proven expertise in constructing Agentic AI architectures, utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom stacks. - Strong grounding in LLM-based NLP, prompt engineering, and context-aware reasoning. - Proficient in advanced Python programming and deploying AI workflows in cloud or containerized environments. - Capable of working with APIs, data models, and external toolchains within complex systems. - Comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment.
