Frontend Developer

Job Description You are being hired for a remote contract position as a Frontend UI Developer with a focus on building and improving modern, customer-facing web applications. Your role will involve collaborating closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable user interfaces. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain responsive UI components using React - Build and enhance web applications and frontend architecture with a focus on performance and scalability - Develop and integrate Node.js-based services and APIs to support UI functionality - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive user experiences - Integrate frontend applications with REST and/or GraphQL APIs - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices - Participate in code reviews and enforce frontend best practices - Debug and resolve UI and integration issues across environments Required Skills & Experience - Robust experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component architecture) - Experience with Node.js for backend/API development or integration - Experience building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 - Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and UI best practices - Experience debugging and troubleshooting UI and full-stack integration issues Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Experience with TypeScript - Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.) - Exposure to design systems and reusable component libraries - Experience working on customer-facing or eCommerce applications - Familiarity with internationalization or multi-region products Job Description You are being hired for a remote contract position as a Frontend UI Developer with a focus on building and improving modern, customer-facing web applications.
