About the role
Exp -12+ Years Hybrid mode Brief -lead the strategy, incubation, and scaling of transformative AI solutions that drive business value across the enterprise. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape AI innovation, establish governance frameworks, and build a future-ready AI ecosystem in a global organization. About the role As Sr. Mgr Services- AI, you will be responsible for envisioning, building, and scaling the organizations AI incubation ecosystem. We will count on you to lead early stage AI experimentation, platform strategy, and cross functional collaboration to translate AI capabilities into measurable business value, while ensuring compliance with data security, governance, and ethical AI standards. Along the way, you will get to: AI Strategy & Incubation Leadership Define and own the enterprise AI incubation strategy , including ideation, prioritization, experimentation, and scaleup of AI use cases across functions. Establish a structured incubation framework for rapid prototyping, MVP development, and transition of successful pilots into production. Identify emerging AI trends, tools, and architectures relevant to business growth and operational excellence. Platform & Architecture Oversight Provide executive oversight for AI platforms, agent ecosystems, and internal AI tools , ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability. Partner with infrastructure, security, and data teams to ensure AI solutions comply with internal AI guidelines and data protection standards. Drive adoption of reusable AI components, shared services, and best practices to accelerate innovation. Business Partnership & Value Realization Collaborate with business leaders to identify highimpact AI opportunities aligned to strategic priorities. Translate business problems into AIdriven solutions with clear success metrics (ROI, productivity gains, customer impact). Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI-enabled transformation and investment decisions. Governance, Risk & Responsible AI Champion responsibleAI practices , including data privacy, model governance, bias mitigation, and explainability. Ensure all incubated solutions align with internal AI policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Establish review and approval mechanisms for AI use cases moving from incubation to scale. Talent, Culture & Capability Building Build and lead a highperforming AI incubation team (product managers, data scientists, engineers, architects). Foster an experimentationdriven culture that encourages learning, fast failure, and crossfunctional collaboration. Partner with HR and learning teams to support AI upskilling and leadership readiness initiatives across the organization. What were looking for Experience 12+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, or advanced technology roles , with at least 5+ years focused on AI, data, or emerging technologies. Proven experience leading innovation labs, AI COEs, incubation programs, or largescale technology transformations . Demonstrated success in taking AI solutions from concept to enterprise deployment. Technical & Strategic Expertise Strong understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, agentic workflows, data platforms, and cloud architectures . Experience balancing experimentation with enterprisegrade security, governance, and reliability. Ability to evaluate AI investments and articulatetradeoffsto senior leadership. Leadership & Influence Executivelevel communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong people leadership capabilities with experience building multidisciplinary teams. Ability to influence without authority across global, matrixed organizations. Preferred Qualifications Prior Head of AI/Innovation experience. Exposure to regulated environments and enterprise AI governance models. Experience working with global teams and scaling AI solutions across regions.
