Role : Senior Backend Developer (Node.js) JOB ID: JOB008 About the Role We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to manage client engagements from inception to completion. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and operating distributed systems and production-ready AI/SaaS pipelines for our global clientele. Key Responsibilities Backend & AI Architecture: Develop asynchronous pipelines (queues, workers), implement Redis caching strategies, and build real-time Pub/Sub systems for LLM workloads. AI Orchestration: Design and scale production Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph. Technical Leadership: Lead technical scoping discussions with clients and provide mentorship to 2-3 junior developers. Required Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 5 years in web development, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience using Node.js and TypeScript. Tech Stack Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL/MongoDB (including vector databases), Redis, and messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Kafka). AI & Cloud Experience: A proven history of successfully deploying at least one production AI feature within the last 12-18 months. Solid experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities. Client service mindset with attention to detail. Adaptability and a startup mentality.
