Good knowledge on System Testing concepts, test case design and VV models. Experience in defining and execution of Test Cases with techniques. Good automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset Knowledge on SW development lifecycle Good Exposure to Test Automation tools and scripting languages like Perl/Python/CAPL Knowledge on automotive protocols like CAN, Flexray, Ethernet, KWP2000, LIN, UDS Knowledge on requirements management tool - Doors Awareness on Autosar framework/standards Good knowledge of A-Spice / CMMI / ISO quality standards Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills ISTQB/IREB Certification Worked in Agile teams and knowledge on agile software development process Must be highly collaborative, pragmatic and delivery focused
