Role Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions that drive value and user satisfaction. Job Location: Pune Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Salesforce solutions Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and process flows for Salesforce development teams Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across departments Support configuration tasks, UAT planning, and end-user testing for Salesforce deployments Maintain detailed documentation including business process mapping, user manuals, and functional specifications Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions Monitor post-implementation performance and assist in user adoption and training initiatives Requirements Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar CRM-focused role Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including objects, relationships, workflows, validation rules, and reports Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar for documentation and project tracking Benefits As part of a growing, ambitious, and progressive organization you will receive a competitive compensation package including retirement benefits, health and life insurance.
